Shipping Rates

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL. All orders from 16arlington.co.uk are dispatched from our UK warehouse. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Information

Please ensure all billing and shipping details are entered accurately when placing your order, as we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.

Note that the billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipment tracking information.

Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, Canada, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

For shipments to the USA, Brazil, and Poland, a Tax ID or Social Security Number may be required for customs clearance. Please have this information available to avoid delays.

Please note: Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control.

Insurance

Every order from 16arlington.co.uk is fully insured from the moment it is dispatched until it reaches you. A signature is required upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the package transfers to you. We are not liable for any lost or misplaced items once delivery has been signed for.

We do not ship to the following countries and territories:
