How long will shipping take?

16Arlington uses Royal Mail for UK shipping, with delivery
typically taking between 2-3 business days. We also offer a DHL Express delivery
option which takes 1-2 business days.

International orders are shipped with DHL and can take between
2-7 business days depending on region. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for
full details.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of your order delivery date if the
item(s) are unused with original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please login using the email used to place
your order and select the items you wish to return. You will receive a shipping
label via email.

Can I exchange an item?

We can offer exchanges of the same style depending on size
