Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags and labels intact.

  • Please ensure you obtain proof of postage and tracking when sending your return. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches our warehouse, and we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items in transit.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to accommodate exchanges for a different size within the same model.

To request an exchange:

  • Email us at hello@16arlington.co.uk to check size availability.

  • If the item is in stock at our warehouse, we will reserve it for you.

  • Once we receive your return, we will ship the new size to the same address as your original order.

Please note: If the size you wish to exchange for is unavailable, or you would like to try a different style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.


How to Make a Return

UK Returns
  • We use DHL for all UK returns. A £15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • To initiate a return, login in to your account HERE using the email address used to place the order and select the item(s) you wish to return. Upon approval, a prepaid DHL label will be provided.

  • Alternatively, you may use your own courier. In this case, please email us at hello@16arlington.co.uk with your order number and send the parcel securely to:

International Returns
  • Visit our International Returns Portal HERE and enter your Order Number (found in your order confirmation email) and the email address used to place the order.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund based on your location. This will be clearly displayed when completing your return via the portal.

  • If you prefer to use an alternative courier, please contact us at hello@16arlington.co.uk for instructions.


Return Conditions

  • Returns received after the 14-day window may not be accepted and could be returned to you at your own cost.

  • Items not returned in a resaleable condition — e.g., with damaged packaging, missing accessories, or signs of wear — may result in a reduction or refusal of your refund.

  • Please note, we cannot accept returns for personalised, custom, or made-to-order products.


Received the Wrong Item?

If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@16arlington.co.uk.


Refunds

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible, and we aim to complete them within 14 days of your return arriving at our warehouse.
You may choose to receive your refund as site credit or to your original payment method. Please note that your payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty, contact our Customer Services team at hello@16arlington.co.uk. We are committed to meeting our legal obligations and ensuring all products are of satisfactory quality and as described.


Your Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to the following:

  • Up to 30 days: A full refund if goods are faulty.

  • Up to 6 months: If the item can’t be repaired or replaced, you’re usually entitled to a full refund.

  • Up to 6 years: You may be entitled to a partial refund if the item does not last a reasonable length of time.
