Returns Policy

If you wish to return your purchased items for a refund, please read the following instructions:

  • All products can be returned provided that they are in the condition that they were sent out in with the correct and original packaging.
  • They must also have the garment tags still attached with the invoice in the box.
  • We accept return 14 days after the order has been delivered, in which time it needs to be in transit to our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us within the timeframe if there are any issues with your return.
  • Should your return arrive outside of the 14-day window, it will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at a cost.
  • All orders need to be returned from the country that they were originally delivered to.
  • Shipping costs for returns are excluded unless the product is faulty, which must be flagged to our customer service team in advance. The cost for a shipping label is 15 GBP, USD or EUR.

Please note that we can refuse returns at our discretion if we believe they do not meet our stated conditions; in which case the return will be sent back to the customer at their own cost. If there are any damages or issues, they must be flagged to our customer service team at the earliest convenience.

Sales and Promotion

  • Products that were purchased during a sale or promotional period can only be returned for store credit or for an exchange.

United Kingdom Return Instructions

USA and Rest of World Return Instructions

Step 1
Visit our International Returns portal HERE and input you order number with a # at the start and the email address you used to place the order. Your order number is on your Returns slip and is 4 numbers long. For example: #xxxx.
 
Step 2  

Follow the rest of the online instructions in the portal, selecting the product(s) you want to return. Please make sure products are packaged and protected securely and all packaging and tags are sent back with the order. Please also include your returns slip that was sent with your order.

If you wish to use alternative means then please send your item to the below address and send tracking information to hello@16arlington.co.uk. Please note we are not liable for any loss or damage, any incurring duties or taxes, or any delays if you choose to send using alternative means. 


 


Faulty Products

If you have received faulty purchased products, please email our customer service at hello@16arlington.co.uk with images and details of the product(s) so we are aware that they have arrived in this state. If our customer service approves that we are liable for the faulty products for quality reasons, you may ask for a repair, reduction in the price or a full refund including shipping charges (excluding any duty, taxes or charges occurred to import the products). Products are faulty if they do not conform to the implied terms under the United Kingdom Sale of Goods Act 1979 which require that our products sold must correspond to their description and be satisfactory quality. If your products become faulty within 6 months of the order date, you may ask for a partial refund according to the law. However please note that purchased products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you ask for a refund due to item being faulty, we may refund you partially depending of the time of usage. If you ask for a repair, we may agree on your request if feasible.
