Returns Policy 

If you wish to return your purchased items for a refund, please read the following instructions. 

 

All products can be returned only if unworn (re-saleable), un-damaged (as they were sent out), undry-cleaned and unwashed with the correct invoice, packaging, garment tags not have been removed, and anything other items included in your purchase. Please note that we are not obliged to accept any returns that do not meet the above conditions and may be sent back to the customer at their own cost. Any damages or issues need to be flagged to our customer service team upon receipt so we are aware it arrived in this condition.

 

We accept returns 14 days after the order has been received, in which time it needs to be on its way back to our warehouse. It is the responsibility of the customer to let us know within this timeframe if there are any issues with your return. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted. All orders need to be returned from the country that they were originally delivered to.

Shipping costs are excluded unless the product is faulty, which must be flagged to our customer service team in advance.

United Kingdom Return Instructions

Please use the DHL return label provided with your order.
Kindly call or visit the DHL website to book in the collection for your return, using the Waybill Number on your label.

Step 1
Visit HERE and select the United Kingdom in the top right hand corner.
 
Step 2  

For the “Do you need to create a shipping label?” question, click on “No, I already have a shipping label attached to my package

Click on “I have a DHL Waybill number” and then enter your Waybill number (this can be found under the first barcode on your DHL label) and your telephone number to book in your return.

Follow the rest of the online instructions.

 

Alternatively please call DHL on 0044 844 248 0844 and use your Waybill number to book in a collection. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage.

USA and Rest of World Return Instructions

Step 1
Visit our International Returns portal HERE and input you order number with a # at the start and the email address you used to place the order. Your order number is on your Returns slip and is 4 numbers long. For example: #xxxx.
 
Step 2  

Follow the rest of the online instructions in the portal, selecting the product(s) you want to return. Please make sure products are packaged and protected securely and all packaging and tags are sent back with the order. Please also include your returns slip that was sent with your order.

Faulty Products

If you have received faulty purchased products, please email our customer service at hello@16arlington.co.uk with images and details of the product(s) so we are aware that they have arrived in this state. If our customer service approves that we are liable for the faulty products for quality reasons, you may ask for a repair, reduction in the price or a full refund including shipping charges (excluding any duty, taxes or charges occurred to import the products). Products are faulty if they do not conform to the implied terms under the United Kingdom Sale of Goods Act 1979 which require that our products sold must correspond to their description and be satisfactory quality. If your products become faulty within 6 months of the order date, you may ask for a partial refund according to the law. However please note that purchased products that are damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you ask for a refund due to item being faulty, we may refund you partially depending of the time of usage. If you ask for a repair, we may agree on your request if feasible.
